"This review is LOONG overdue, but I would like to show some love & appreciation for TIM AUSTIN. We began our search in the beginning of June 2018 & finally found "the one" at the end of October. We weren't super picky but had a few must haves. So, we had to have a bunch of showings. I always felt bad like I was dragging him across the whole country, but he was super sweet & understanding that it's not the right one until WE are happy. He was never pushy & never tried to talk us into anything. We lost a couple of bids but still kept on keeping on. When we found our house, Tim was on it! Between him & our lender, we had the keys with a USDA loan in 17 DAYS!!!! That is less than half the usual time & isn't always how it goes but that's pretty epic service in my book! Tim made the purchase of our first home smooth, simple & sane! Whenever we decide to move, I know who I'm calling!! Thank you, Tim, for keeping it real & helping us find our happy home!
